Laura Rust
Laura’s passion for yoga, bold adventures and creating transformational businesses led her to be a co-creator and co-owner of LIVE ALIVE Adventures. Currently residing in the mountains of Colorado, Laura has always felt most at home when in a close relationship with nature. She’s engaged in snow sports since age 5, created a thriving Stand Up Paddle Yoga company, gotten engaged at the top of Mt Kilimanjaro, surfed in Panama, and is now an avid mountain biker. She sees her yoga practice as a tool to support her in living her biggest, most adventurous life.
She is known for taking bold risks in business and in her leadership in order to create new things that contribute to the greater good. She believes LIVE ALIVE Adventures will change how you perceive vacations - seeing them not as a time to check “out” but rather a time to check IN, step out of your comfort zone, and, through connecting with new people and nature, discover an upgraded version of yourself.
Laura is also co-owner of LIVE ALIVE’s sister companies BIG Power Yoga, Out Here Yoga, BIG SUP Yoga, and The New Space Leadership.
