You will spend a day touring the many UNESCO World Heritage sites this ancient city has to offer and be in awe of all the wonders of the Hindu religion at the temples. Following, you will set out for the incredible mountains of Nepal. Ghorepani Poon Hill Trekking is one of the most popular and relatively easy treks that meander through the beautiful ethnic villages of Annapurna region. Invigorating through some rhododendron forests, these treks in Nepal will let you feel the Himalayan Panorama with the best view of mountains and sunrise. You will be staying at 5 star hotels in Kathmandu and simple yet traditional guest houses throughout the treks. The entire adventure will be well guided by the best team and efforts! This journey is the perfect time for you to look around, slow your pace, and absorb the wonderful nature around you!

2 OCTOBER Arrival in Kathmandu airport and transfer to a 5-star hotel. Orientation and evening yoga class.
3 OCTOBER Morning yoga and after breakfast visit Kathmandu UNESCO Heritage sites.
4 OCTOBER Drive to Trishuli river with private transport for rafting and then drive to Pokhara. Overnight stay in a 5 star hotel.
5 OCTOBER Spend the day in the lakeside town of Pokhara for yoga, a boat ride on Lake Phewa and free time in town with options for paragliding or hiking up to a peace stupa. Overnight stay in a 5 star hotel.
6 OCTOBER - Trek day 1 - Breakfast in Pokhara. 1.5 hr drive to Nayapul and trek to Tikhedhunga / Ulleri (1527mtr) Overnight stay at simple Guest House.
7 OCTOBER - Trek Day 2- Tikhedhunga - Ghorepani Trek 5 - 6 hrs of walking through the village and jungle (2775 mtr). Overnight stay at simple Guest House.
8 OCTOBER - Trek Day 3 - Hike to Poonhill early in the morning to see the sunrise and mountain view. In a clear day we have a panoramic view of 10 different peaks. Trek back to Ghorepani . After breakfast trek to Tadapani (5 to 6 hour trek through the jungle) (2700 mtr) Overnight stay at simple Guest House.
9 OCTOBER - Trek Day 4 - Trek down to Chomrong (2060 mtr) Stay in Chomrong – a beautiful Gurung Village OR walk down to Jhinu ( for a natural hot spring bath). Overnight stay at a simple Guest House (2060 mtr)
10 OCTOBER - Trek Day 5 - Trek to Syauli Bazar and then to Nayapul and drive back to Pokhara. Overnight stay at a 5 star hotel.
11 OCTOBER Fly back to Kathmandu. Have a farewell cultural dinner. Overnight stay in a 5 star hotel.
12 OCTOBER Airport transfer for catching the international flight home.

Trekking - What to expect
Trekking generally means a multi-day hike in the mountains — in this case, on trails throughout Nepal's Himalayan mountains and foothills. Treks typically take you through areas where hiking is the only means of transport since the mountains are too remote to build roads. Most treks take you through villages that have been around for centuries and the trails you hike on have historically been used by locals.
Trekking along the mountain trails of Nepal is a special experience. The Himalaya is unlike any other region in the world. The vastness of the Himalayan mountains, the amazing different viewpoints, the friendly people and the slower pace of life when movement happens on foot all contribute to the fact that many travelers who come to Nepal for the first time describe their experience as life-changing.
The trails of Nepal take you along villages that can’t be reached by cars. Think of these trails as highways in an era without roads and cars. Therefore, the “trail traffic” has many interesting variations including porters carrying vegetables, timber wood, or even live chickens, kids walking to school, herders and their yaks, just to name a few. Be prepared to be surprised and inspired by the variety of the local trail traffic.
The scenery during your trek varies day-by-day, and valley by valley. You will hike through dense rhododendron forests, terraced vegetable paddies along steep slopes, open pastures and you will cross spectacular suspension bridges.
