At Live Alive, we know that taking the time and space from daily routines and commitments to restore, reconnect and have fun is an essential part of living a fulfilling life and showing up BIG for others. Live Alive Adventures are not a means to escape your day to day life, they are an essential part of showing up better in your life! On this adventure retreat, led by Amara Risa, Jenny Noonan and Kiley Motley, you will practice yoga, meditate, enjoy delicious dinners, hiking, rafting, and trips to Lake Moraine & Lake Banff.
Get ready to enjoy the sweeping wilderness and majestic landscape of the Rocky mountains, surrounded by alpine lakes, hiking trails and a mountain backdrop that will leave you breathless. You will leave feeling revitalized, empowered, and more connected than ever to yourself and the power of community.
On the 5 day 4 night adventure we will be staying at the beautiful Mt. Engadine lodge, nestled in the heart of Kananaskis country. Guests will have the option to get cozy in the rustic lodge, or get closer to nature in the new glamping tents overlooking the mountains and the sprawling Moose meadow.
Canmore is a quiet and picturesque mountain village in the beautiful Rocky Mountains and will be the home base for our Canadian adventure. We will hike along snow-capped mountains, wild flower meadows and crystal clear mineral lakes, before coming back to base camp and enjoying a glass of wine or cup of coffee by a roaring wood fire in the lodge.
Western Canada is known worldwide for being the ideal outdoor adventure location. There is no limit to the sprawling hiking trails, mountain views, wildlife and emerald lakes to enjoy. We can’t wait to share this experience with you.
